The Forum’s Activities in 1993

1. A Ramadan Poetic evening held on 08.03.1993. Participants were H.E. Shaikh Hilal bin Salim Al Siyabi, Poet Nasser bin Hamad Al Badri, Dr. Ahmed Afifi, Poet Said bin Hashil and Poet Badr bin Ali Al Shaibani.

2. A ceremony held on 8 and 9.5.1993 to honor the late Shaikh Said bin Khalfan Al Khalili under the auspices of H.E. Sayyid Muslim bin Ali Al Busaidy. Participants were His Eminence Shaikh Ahmed bin Hamad Al Khalili the grand mufti of the Sultanate, Dr. Ibrahim Al Dosoqi, Dr. Ahmed Mustafa Afifi and others.

3. A seminar on Omani youth intellectual production held on the side lines of the second Muscat International book fair on 20 to 29.10.1993 under the auspices of H.H. Sayyid Faisal bin Ali Faisal Al - Said, National Heritage and Culture Minister. A number of scholars from Oman and the Arab word participated in the seminar.
