Activities
The main objective of this department is to maintain and
work to develop cultural relations with similar gulf,
Arabian and international organizations. To achieve these
objectives, the department performs the following tasks:

Prepare
proposals to establish relations with organizations that
share similar interests in heritage and culture.

Maintain
dual and collective agreements.

Manage, in
coordination with the other concerned authorities, the
cultural relations agreements with the GCC countries.

Manage, in
coordination with the other concerned authorities, the
dual and collective cultural relations agreement with
Arab countries.

Manage and
organize the ministry’s participation in related foreign
conferences.
-
Supervise
the performance of joint committees between the
Sultanate, other countries and organizations.
-
Review and put forward
proposals for developing dual and collective cultural
agreements entered into with other countries and
organizations.
