Agreements and Executive Programs

In addition to the cultural system adopted by the GCC countries, the ministry has entered into a number of agreements and executive cultural programs with other countries. Such policy has resulted in strong ties between the Sultanate and its counterparts:

  1. The executive program pertaining to the mutual cultural cooperation agreement between the Sultanate and Egypt.

  2. The executive program pertaining to the mutual cultural, scientific and informative cooperation agreement between the Sultanate and Morocco.

  3. The executive program pertaining to the mutual cultural and educational cooperation agreement between the Sultanate and Jordan.

  4. The executive program pertaining to the mutual cultural and educational cooperation agreement between the Sultanate and Syria.

  5. An MOU signed by the Ministry of Heritage and Culture and its counterpart in the Palestinian National Authority.

  6. The executive program pertaining to the mutual cultural cooperation agreement between the Sultanate and Yemen.

  7. The executive program pertaining to the mutual cultural cooperation agreement between the Sultanate and Tunisia.

  8. The first program pertaining to the mutual cultural and scientific cooperation agreement with Italy.

  9. The cultural agreement between the Sultanate and the Republic of Korea.

  10. The commercial exchange and economic, technical and scientific cooperation agreement between the Sultanate and Turkey.

  11. The cooperation agreement in the fields of culture, science, education, tourism and youth signed with the Russian Federation.

  12. The executive program pertaining to the mutual cultural cooperation agreement between the Sultanate and China.

  13. The executive program pertaining to the mutual cultural cooperation agreement between the Sultanate and India.

  14. An MOU signed by the ministry and its counterpart in the Sultanate of Brunei.
