While we are launching the Ministry of Heritage and Culture's internet site, we hope that:
For education banners are assembled, for knowledge ensigns are gleamed, for innovation flags are mounted up, for reminiscence and delicacy standards are flickering, and

These are brought over by love vessels, affection convoys, and peace delegations to the land of welfare, beauty, and accretion.

We want this site to embrace reasoning as a rich dialogue, the art as a humanitarian language keeping the farthest and the closest people close to each other by discourse. The debate and discourse shall be predominated by understanding values, cooperation ethics, and desire of positive interaction among individuals, groups, and communities.

By its cultural heritage, the Sultanate of Oman is capable of implanting hope seeds, bridging distances, and searching for common denominators of human intellects that are not guided by single deliberation, and subjectivity. The Sultanate has knitted a history that resembled the most deep rooted civilizations, and full of great events replete with glories proven by the heritage, ruins, forts, and castles standing up as milestones everywhere in Oman.

The sultanate has procreated genius men whose transmitted arts and sciences glitter profoundly all along eras. Their work of art and antiquities have been inherited to generations as manuscripts illustrating premeditation and in depth reflection, eloquence and rhetoric.

As the Sultanate of Oman has retraced its steps of the Arabic culture, it comes back with consistent paces moving on solid grounds of history covered with originality and modernity, forward motives, knowledge, prosperity aspects stimulated by the comprehensive growth, wise leadership that endeavor to take care of the Omani in specific and Humanity in general.

Intellects and artists will integrate the pearl beads in a necklace to make a new asset of the flourishing treasures for the glory of the new generations showing them aspects of giving in mythical epics.
