This hand written copy of the Holy Quran is a symbol of the Omani Arabian Calligraphy. It was hand written in 1148 H by Shaikh Abdullah bin Bashir Al-Hadhramy Al-Sahary. The writer, Shaikh Al-Sahary, used the same alphabet letter at the beginning of the first line and the last line of each page. The letter used at the beginning of the center line is similar to the letter used at the beginning of the center line on the following page.


This is a comprehensive prophetic Hadith manuscript. It shows the accuracy of the writer Shaikh Ahmed bin Mubarak Al-Hakim who hand wrote the manuscript in 820 H.


This is a manuscript in medicine written by the Omani physician Rashid bin Omaira bin Thani Al-Hashmi in 1256 H. the manuscript contains illustrative drawings of the human brain and the nerves connected to the eyes.


This is a manuscript in marine science hand written by Said Salim Al-Jamee in 1326 H. It contains arithmetical tables set to identify longitudes and latitudes and to monitor the movement of the stars in order to determine the directions. The manuscript also contains a photographic drawing of compass.


The author of this manuscript, of 6 parts, titled “Disclosure of Hidden Secrets” is Omar bin Masaud Al-Mundhiry. It was hand written by Humaid bin Ali Al-Khamisi in 1295 H. The manuscript contains the basis of astronomy.
