The department of Social Activities performs its tasks in organizing activities with the aim of spreading social awareness in the communities as well as strengthening the social values among the youth. Following are the tasks performed by the department:

1. To train the participants on self dependency, and consolidate the concept of social work

2. To organize summer camps and journey programs with the aim of identifying the characteristics of the Omani renaissance as well as the ancient heritage ruins

3. To participate in regional and international work camps organized by sisterly and friendly countries

4. To highlight the importance of preserving the local environment

5. To motivate the youth to practice public games as a means to achieve social development and unity

6. To motivate the youth to practice mind games as means to stimulate minds
