The department carries out its tasks through its various divisions

A. Camps and Public Service Division
This division is entrusted with the following tasks:
 

1. To program and make organizational plans for holding different camps

2. To prepare, organize and execute camp programs

3. To participate in the different external camps

4. To participate in nominating candidates to participate in internal and external camps

5. To put up notions and financial proposals pertaining to internal and external camps

6. To conduct studies and researches with the aim of developing camps

7. To prepare periodical reports on the division’s activities

8. To carry out the other related tasks

B. The Public Games Division

This division is entrusted with the following tasks:

1. To prepare programs with the aim of spreading awareness of the importance of preserving heritage public games

2. To coordinate with other concerned authorities to organize public games contests and to put up proposals of regulations to regulate the practices of public games

3. To organize festivals and concerts of public games with the aim of preserving and developing them

4. To participate in external public games festivals

5. To contribute to the nomination process of participants in internal and external public games festivals

6. To put up financial proposals for holding public games festivals and contests

7. To conduct studies and researches with the aim of developing public games

8. To prepare periodical reports on the achievement of the division

9. To carry out all other tasks entrusted to the division

The Summer Gatherings Division
This division is entrusted with the following tasks:

1. To prepare summer gathering programs

2. To coordinate with other concerned authorities to organize summer gatherings and to put proposals of regulations to regulate the participations in the internal and external summer gatherings

3. To contribute to the nomination process of the participants in the internal and external summer gatherings

4. To put up financial proposal to organize summer gatherings

5. To conduct studies and researches with the aim of developing and improving summer gatherings activities

6. To prepare periodical reports in the achievements of divisions

7. To carry out all other tasks entrusted to the division
